I don't always like boots, but when I buy them, I choose these.
I never thought I'd buy a pair of ipath's but there was something about these shoes. They are warm, comfortable, but not rigid or clunky like some boots. Thankfully, I haven't had to deal with snow or ice yet, but while cutting around the grocery store it sounded like I was playing in a basketball game. So, I think these will stand up well to the conditions.
My shoes are a darker brown than these pictures suggest which isn't a deal breaker. Other websites have more accurate pictures, but CCS has the best deal. I was also worried the high top-ness would be annoying, but you don't even notice it. Though, I didn't lace mine up all the way. I have also only had these a week so I can't speak on durability.
If you need a nice shoe to keep your other skate shoes clean for the summer, buy these.

I had been looking for a pair of comfortable boots for a while now, and when i saw these they instantly caught my eye. They also happen to be on sale at the time so I snagged a pair in size 10.5. Living in the frozen tundra of North Dakota I needed a boot that would keep me warm but not over heat, and these boots delivered. I walk about 2 miles to school a day and these boots have saved my life a few times on the snowy days. They seem to have good grip on ice and snow and lets face it they look awesome! I would definitely buy another pair.
